Since first requesting medical accommodations from the King County Superior Court, I have experienced discrimination, civil rights violations and misconduct from attorneys and judicial officers. Since reporting rights violations and misconduct by judicial officers, I have been retaliated against.
My rights to medical accommodations, a fair trial, right to legal counsel, religious freedom and freedom of speech have been repeatedly violated without redress.
I am diagnosed by medical doctors with multiple traumatic brain injuries occurring in 2014, 2023 and 2024 and PTSD from being physically and mentally abused. Due to my TBI and PTSD, I am limited to short times on computers and addressing related issues.
I will address issues as I am able in the following blog so that flaws in our systems are identified, individuals may be held accountable, and processes are highlighted until they are fixed.
United States citizens have constitutional rights, even if they are not enforced by individuals in political and legal positions of public trust in Washington State currently.
The rule of law exists in the United States and Washington State and has not been fairly applied to my case. Who enforces the law? I contacted the Washington State Attorney General and was told that they don't have jurisdiction and they do have jurisdiction, but they won't reply further--the letter contradicted itself. My blog posts here can hopefully show others severe shortcomings in our law, systems and processes in Washington State so that individuals in positions of authority and power will see changes are needed to provide fair, just and equitable outcomes in the our local court system.
If you know of someone who can help, please contact me.
