Is King County Superior Court effectively court ordering indentured servitude or slavery? Family court orders are ordering men to work in perpetuity based on fraudulently stated past, present and future estimated earnings against their will.
While both indentured servitude and slavery involved exploitation and harsh conditions, key differences lay in the duration, legal status, and voluntariness of the labor.
King County Superior Court judges have ordered individuals to involuntarily work into perpetuity to provide future, projected earnings and assigned involuntary debt payments to individuals, while ignoring contract agreements, tax obligations and laws. How is this allowed to occur in the United States? Are these actions creating a modern-day indentured servant in Washington State?
Indentured Servitude
· Contractual Agreement: Indentured servants entered into a contract to work for a
specific period (usually 4-7 years) in exchange for passage to a new country, room and
board, or other benefits.
· Limited Duration: The servitude was for a fixed term, after which the servant was free.
· Legal Rights: Indentured servants had some legal rights and could take their masters to
court for mistreatment.
· Voluntary: While conditions could be harsh, indentured servitude was typically entered
into voluntarily.
Slavery
· Lifelong and Hereditary: Slavery was for life, and enslaved people’s children were also
born into slavery.
· No Legal Rights: Enslaved people had no legal rights and were considered property.
· Involuntary: Slavery was forced, with individuals being captured, sold, and compelled to
work without consent.
· Racial Basis: In some societies, slavery was based on race, with certain racial groups being
enslaved.
King County Superior Court Family Court orders ordering people to work in perpetuity based on fraudulently stated past, present and future estimated earnings and values seems to be a modern-day form court created slavery or indentured servitude.
